In order to protect our employees and volunteers, the Southern Mindanao Mission suggests a fencing project. As part of the project, a perimeter fence will be built around our mission compounds, giving our team members a safe place to work and serve. This program is essential for safeguarding our employees and volunteers from possible risks and dangers. Our employees and volunteers will have a safe and secure workspace thanks to the planned fencing project, enabling them to concentrate on their tasks without worrying about their safety. The fence’s design will lower the chance of accidents and prohibit unwanted entrance. To make sure the project complies with all applicable laws and standards, our team will collaborate closely with stakeholders and local government representatives.
The project will be carried out in stages, with the most important locations being the focus of the first phase. To protect the safety and well-being of our employees and volunteers, we shall give top priority to installing a fence around their quarters. To make sure the fence stays in good shape and continues to work efficiently, our staff will also perform routine maintenance and monitoring.
