Believers from across the Tampakan South District recently assembled at the Lambayong Seventh-day Adventist Church in South Cotabato for a spiritually uplifting district-wide fellowship. Anchored in the biblical promise of Matthew 18:19–20, the event brought together local church members to celebrate unity in prayer, deepen their spiritual connection, and realign around their shared Christian mission.

A highlight of the fellowship was an inspiring mission update presented by Elmer J. Romano, Communication Director of the Southern Mindanao Mission (SMM). In his address, Director Romano shared encouraging stories of divine guidance throughout the region, illustrating how dedicated communication work and grassroots evangelism continue to touch lives and open doors in even the most remote communities. His report underscored that meaningful outreach is sustained not only by grand initiatives, but through the consistent, daily witness of local church members serving in harmony.
Throughout the day, the atmosphere reflected the core theme of scripture: that where believers come together in Christ’s name, His presence transforms their fellowship. The shared worship, uplifting testimonies, and moments of corporate prayer rekindled a collective passion for community outreach and mutual encouragement among the participants.

As the gathering drew to a close, members departed Lambayong with renewed spiritual energy and a refreshed vision for service. Inspired by the day’s messages, the congregation returned to their respective home churches and neighborhoods better equipped to share the message of hope and live out their faith in unity.
