On July 4, 2026, the Southern Mindanao Mission (SMM) became a hub of spiritual energy as the Adventist Family Ministries and Women’s Ministries hosted a powerful “I Will GO” launching program at the JMWong Building in General Santos City. Designed to bridge leadership and membership across Sectors 1, 2, 3, and 6, the event served as a clarion call for community growth and a renewed dedication to sharing a message of hope. The day began with a morning of spiritual fortification, featuring insightful Sabbath School lessons from Jackilyn Tongcua and Levi Ferrer, followed by a deeply moving worship message from Precy Recalado that set a tone of purpose and reverence for all in attendance.
As the program transitioned into the afternoon, the focus shifted toward actionable commitment and the vital role of the individual believer in local outreach. Pastor Enrile Yata delivered an inspiring message that challenged the participants to move beyond the sanctuary and live out their faith within their respective communities. Anchored by the wisdom of Proverbs 31:30, the event reminded attendees that true purpose stems from a heart devoted to the Lord, providing a spiritual foundation for their upcoming service. By fostering a collaborative environment, the gathering successfully equipped members with the confidence and spiritual integrity needed to pursue their mission with renewed vigor throughout the coming year.
