Held at Wongโs Multipurpose Building, the sanctuary was filled with men and women who understand that their work is often the first point of contact between a seeking heart and the message of hope. The atmosphere was one of deep spiritual renewal as these “messengers of the printed word” shared stories of faith and reaffirmed their commitment to a ministry that remains a cornerstone of the Adventist mission.
The event was enriched by the presence of key leaders who brought both practical encouragement and prophetic vision. Guest speaker Pastor Rey Cabaรฑero, the Publishing Director of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, reminded the group that every book and tract carries a divine purpose. He emphasized that while a person might walk away from a conversation, the printed word remains in the home, waiting for the right moment to speak to a soul. Supporting this vision were Pastor Danny Inato, who offered strategic direction for the ministry’s local growth, and Mr. Albert Esperansante from the Philippine Publishing House (PPH), who assured the evangelists that the entire publishing arm of the church stands firmly behind their boots-on-the-ground efforts.
As the devotional concluded, the participants didn’t just leave with new resources but with a rekindled fire for their unique calling.
